| Formulas Nurturing, Female Harmony and Black Aloe Dosages Nurturing: 4-6 per day. Female Harmony: 1 per day, 1st week; 2 per day, 2nd week; 3 per day 3rd week and thereafter. Black Aloe: 2 drops 2 times per day in 6-8 oz. of water for 2 weeks; then 4 drops, 2 times per day for two weeks; then 6 drops, 2 times per day thereafter. Indications Herbs should be taken after meals. If taking more than a single dose per day, spread the doses evenly. If taking prescription medication consult your physician.
