| Formulas Emotional Clearing, Cascara Sagrada/Fennel and Black Aloe Dosages Emotional Clearing: 1 heaping tsp. in 6-8 oz. of water per day. Cascara Sagrada/Fennel: 2-4 per day. Black Aloe: 2 drops 2 times per day in 6-8 oz. of water for 2 weeks; then 4 drops, 2 times per day thereafter. Indications Herbs should be taken after meals. If taking more than a single dose per day, spread the doses evenly. If taking prescription medication consult your physician. These formulas are intended as a dietary supplement.
